Sean Hargraves

President 

Sean Hargraves, founder of PWW Hospitality Services, is a hospitality veteran with over 20 years of experience in the industry. He graduated from Johnson and Wales University with a B.S. in Hotel Management. Since that time, Sean has achieved a proven track record of successfully facilitating financial turnaround and growth for hotel companies. His unparalleled knowledge of the hospitality business includes: oversight and development of operations strategies, senior-level management, financial and administrative management, development and implementation of sales initiatives and marketing campaigns, as well as hiring, training & mentoring highly successful teams. 

As an owner/operator, Sean possesses working knowledge of the importance of hotel operations impacting the guest experience, while understanding how to increase return on investment without compromising quality.
